February  - Bringing Fair Trade to the table!

On the Edge Gallery presented "Valentines Revisited"  in La Mesa on Feb. 15th and Fair Trade San Diego/La Mesa was one of the highlights.  Sharing our table with Lee from Around the World Gifts from her store in Old Town, people gathered at our table to shop and learn about Fair Trade.  Art work was displayed throughout the building and patrons enjoyed FT coffee, chocolate and other refreshments as the perused the halls.  Thank you to Midge Hyde, curator and FT committee member who organized the event.

Fair Trade San Diego County  brings to you an invitation to explore what a 10 year old girl did to make a difference in human trafficking.  An exclusive preview at a location in San Diego tells the story of what one person can do to make a difference.  Please check out the trailer....tickets are limited. Note the clip with Paul Rice, CEO of Fair Trade USA.
